This upper east side public plaza, completed in 2017, serves as a popular neighborhood meeting spot. The dynamic curves of the street-level shaded gardens, perimeter seating, and water feature belie the complexity of the construction buildup over structure below. Wendy oversaw the project construction and managed Department of City Planning approvals for the plaza while working as Associate at Starr Whitehouse.
