Pavilions at Art Omi, Chatham, NY

Our landscape design for the Pavilions at Art Omi draws inspiration from what is already on site: woodlands, pasture meadow, and wetlands. A regenerative design framework acknowledges the site’s pastoral qualities and enriches local ecological communities. One goal of the regenerative framework is to expand the canopy, which provides refuge for many bird and insect species. Planting more new trees will increase the site’s carbon capture potential and create more valuable woodland habitat for wildlife.
